Playtime Safari is Losing Lease

Dear All,

Playtime Safari has been given a 60 day notice to terminate the lease. This notice is intended to make me commit to staying on longterm at a rate that would almost triple my current rent.

I have offered them my tenancy through the end of the year at my current rate which the owners have declined. They will let me stay if I commit to a rent that is outrageous. My last day of business will be November 5, 2008.
