Instead of doing a bid, it's going to be first come, first served. Managing a bid is proving daunting. If you would like to purchase something before I actually close my doors, you are welcomed to do that. I will put a "sold" sticker on the item(s) and you can pick up the item(s) on the afternoon of November 5. Unfortunately, I am not able to put items on hold. I will accept cash or check in person only to secure your item(s).

Thursday, October 30, 9:30am - 3:00pm - Halloween Fun - Bring your little pumpkins
dressed in their costumes to enjoy snacks, "non-scary" Halloween fun. Free goodie
bag for children (while supplies last)Bring your cameras!

Friday, October 31, 9:30am - 3:00pm - Children dressed in costumes get in for just
$5 each.

Saturday and Sunday, November 1 & 2, 10:00am - 4:00pm - Marin Kids Consignment
Sale – saving the Earth, one outfit at a time. Shop for gently worn kids clothing,
shoes and maternity clothing while your kids play.
Cost: $5 per child aged 12 months and older (Free playtimes with monthly passes)

Wednesday, November 5 - Last Day of Operation & Presale - This day is our last day
of operation. Come at between the hours of 9:30am - 12noon to play. From 12:00
noon - 3:00pm will be a pre-sale of almost all of the merchandise, furniture and
toys in the space. There is a bid for the most popular items. Best offer over the
asking price wins. Winners will be notified Thursday, November 6.

Playtime Safari, Extended Version – On Wednesdays, Playtime Safari is open until 6:00pm. This extended day is great for after nap or after school playdates.
When: Wednesdays, October 1, 8, 15, 22 & 29, 9:30am – 6:00pm

Marin Kids Consignment Sale – saving the Earth, one outfit at a time. Shop for gently worn kids clothing, shoes and maternity clothing while your kids play. The Friday evening sales will include a Family Entertainment event which feature movie showings of Meet the Robinsons (on 10/3) and Disney Princess: Follow Your Dreams (on 10/17) with snacks for the kids. The movies begin at 5:10pm.
When: Fridays, October 3 & 17, 5:00pm – 8:00pm, Saturdays, October 4 & 18, 10:00am – 4:00pm
Cost: $5 per child aged 12 months and older (Free playtimes with monthly passes)

Bounce Into Summer! - Cubs bouncing off the walls? Bring them into Playtime Safari to burn off some of that energy. You may even get them to nap after a day of bouncing! The bounce house will be setup all day on Mondays this month. *Parent/Guardian must sign a liability waiver for children to participate in the bounce house activities.
When: Mondays, October 6, 7 (just added), 13, 20 & 27, 9:30am – 3:00pm

This Little Piggy – Playtime Safari welcomes This Little Piggy. Look at your child and treasure the moment. How small their little hands and feet are. They won't stay that way forever. With This Little Piggy, you can capture the memory. We'll make impression of your child's hands and feet in fine china clay. And we'll personalize the impression with any personal message. It's a keepsake that will last forever. Prints take about a month to complete. Samples of the keepsakes are on display at Playtime Safari.
When: Monday, October 20, 10:00am – 12:00noon
Cost: Prints range from $35 for single impression to $45 for two impressions on a single piece. Free handprint ornament all babies under 1 year of age.

Playtime Safari is Losing Lease

Dear All,

Playtime Safari has been given a 60 day notice to terminate the lease. This notice is intended to make me commit to staying on longterm at a rate that would almost triple my current rent.

I have offered them my tenancy through the end of the year at my current rate which the owners have declined. They will let me stay if I commit to a rent that is outrageous. My last day of business will be November 5, 2008.

Beat the Heat Wednesday Playtime – Looking for an after nap, cool, air conditioned place to play? Playtime Safari re-opens on Wednesday afternoons from 4:00pm – 6:00pm. Regular admission rates apply. Free frozen fruit bar for all children (while supplies last).
When: Wednesdays, September 3, 10, 17 & 24, 4:00pm – 6:00pm

Classic Kids Meets Marin Kids Consignment at Playtime Safari! - Get an early start on Holiday cards and gifts with a mini photo shoot by Classic Kids Photography. Hosted by Marin Kids Consignment and Playtime Safari. WHEN: Saturday September 6, 10:00am – 4:00pm
COST: $45 per family PRICE INCLUDES: A 15 minute sitting where 10-15 shots will be taken on a black background. No clothing changes will be made. The cost of prints is separate and information will be mailed when appointment is booked. PROOF VIEWING: Saturday September 20th (10am-4pm).
